Eduquate is built for Indian students, parents, and institutions. This policy explains, in plain English, what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can remove it.
What we collect
- Assessment answers. The choices you make during the 10-minute Discover conversation, so we can build your Career Clarity Report and personalise your three-year Path.
- Contact details. Name and email if you create an account, sign up for the pilot, or write to us via the contact form.
- Usage data. Which pages you visit, milestones completed, and messages exchanged with Bhaiya AI. This helps us improve the product and keep your Readiness Score accurate.
Why we collect it
Purely to give you a personalised career mentor. Your report, your Path, and Bhaiya's memory of your context all depend on this data. Aggregate, anonymised data may be shared with partner institutions so a college can see its batch's overall readiness. Never anything that identifies you individually.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data to advertisers, coaching companies, or third parties.
- We do not share your assessment answers with your college, your parents, or anyone else without your explicit permission.
Bhaiya conversations
Conversations with Bhaiya are stored so Bhaiya remembers your context across sessions. A small Eduquate team may review conversations to improve the guidance Bhaiya gives and to keep students safe (for example, spotting distress signals or misuse). Reviews are tightly restricted, logged with a reason, and never shared outside Eduquate. If you'd rather your chats not be reviewable, email us and we will delete them.
Deletion
Email harshagarwal2761@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete your data within 7 working days.
