About the Founder
Built by someone who lived the gap.
I'm Harsh Agarwal, from Kolkata. I didn't go to an IIT. I went to a tier-2 college — and on day one, I had no seniors telling me what to do, no alumni network, no map.
My cousins at IITs were doing internships in their first year. I was Googling "what to do after B.Com." So I brute-forced it: 17+ internships across companies through my college years. Sales, operations, strategy, growth.
Every single break I got traced back to one thing — a mentor who told me what to do, what not to do, and how to do it, at the right time. Most students never get that one person.
